Existing members can vote to remove web sites from the programme (majority vote required) which ensures a good quality of membership is maintained.

We all benefit by keeping our link-building community to a professional group of like-minded people to ensure we have the very best chances of success.

You individually stipulate link criteria for each of the web sites you list in the programme (country, industry sector, page rank etc) and matches to those criteria will result in one-way inbound links. You do not pay for individual inbound links - this tool is an in/out link management system and so you are not buying or selling links. You are finding and managing links to and from other relevant web sites.

This system ensures your inbound links remain in place on the third party sites without the need for you to manually check every week, and we notify both of you if any links are removed. Repeat link-removing offenders are banned. The system allows you to locate web sites to link to. To attract one way inbound links, you need to offer one-way outbound links from your customer sites. The benefit of using OOWL is you have a community of quality web sites who are willing and able to quickly add links to your site, using relevant text from good quality and relevant web sites.
